This research analyzes how public policies on migration and disability in Peru still show weak coordination with one another. Based on a diagnosis of the normative framework, Diana Vicente Munarriz and Mauricio Capacyachi Trivelli, AIEDI members, examine the existing gaps and propose strengthening coordination among different State sectors in order to advance toward more inclusive, accessible and human-rights-based policies.
